My Story
I am Aimee Ruth Bell, the face behind HEARTS OF FIRE.
I have been on an incredible healing and transformation journey for the last decade. I had experienced alcohol and substance abuse, depression and anxiety, trauma and abuse, reoccurring miscarriages, grief and loss, rejection, codependency, negative and toxic thinking, separation, divorce, demonic oppression ... and so much more! It certainly has been a wild ride, but one I am so thankful to have made it through to the other side.
I started Hearts of Fire to provide a place for people who have been on a similar journey. People who have tried everything else and still can't seem to find freedom and wholeness. Or for those who feel like there is so much more to life, but aren't too sure how to access it.
If this is you... you are in the right place!! I have collated 10+ years of extensive training, study and personal experience... I am the perfect person to understand what you are going through, but also how to bring you out of it... after all, my life is a testimony of it!
My passion in life is to grow, to learn and to discover all that I was created to be. Not only that, I believe it is one of my life's purposes to help people to get unstuck, to reignite their passions and to discover all that they have been created for.

BODY SOUL SPIRIT TRANSFORMATION
MY WHY
5 years ago I went through a divorce which seemed to unravel 20+ years of brokenness. I had the most incredible counsellor who was a rock for me in such a difficult time, who gave me space for my emotions, who made it ok for me to sit in that moment and process a lifetime of trauma. I was so blessed to have her, I can say now I was even blessed by that season...
But something inside of me was still left so unsatisfied.
I needed more.
I needed a plan.
I needed direction.
I needed a dream.
I needed hope.
In all honesty, I needed to stop being a victim and make the choice to actually live this transformed life that I could only dream about.
I found every possible resource, on the internet, courses, online messages, podcasts,
I read books, articles, magazines... ANYTHING that would help on my growth journey.
I wrote pages and pages of encouragement and advice to myself.
I'd make voice memos to speak over myself for the days that I just couldn't get out of bed.
I joined programs and schools, signed up to workshops and zooms.
I didn't do this all of this to "work my way into feeling better"... but I made the conscious decision to
do whatever it takes to be free, whatever that meant, whatever it looked like... I was desperate!!
IT WAS WORTH EVERY MOMENT
When I look back now over this time, I am in awe of the transformation that has taken place.
I tell people about my journey and the response is usually the same "What? Are you serious? I don't believe it!".
When people look at me they see a woman with a heart of fire, whose eyes burn with passion, and a heart
devoted to the one that she adores. A woman who isn't afraid of tomorrow or stuck in the past, to afraid to
talk to people or to step out of her comfort zone. They see a woman with a plan, a woman on a mission, a woman
who will do all that she possibly can to help those around her... to be to them what she wished she had then.
To stir up dreams and to be expectant for so so so so much more!!
WHY ME?
My passion is to give to people what I wish I had on my journey of healing and transformation. Things like:
- The tools needed to get past the blockages
- The assurance in knowing someone believed in me
- Support and encouragement
- Someone who could inspire me to grow in all of the things that I wanted to grown in
- Help to find my path and the steps to walk on it
- Accountability
- Help you to discover your dreams, your passions, your gifts and destiny
- Give you the tools and the fire that you need to see it all manifest in your life!!
I have the training, qualifications to be a coach, a counsellor, a mentor, a minister... but what I believe is worth so much more than all of those things combined... I have been on the journey, from low to high, from brokenness to wholeness, from being stuck with no hope or vision, to running with passion, excitement and daily seeing destiny fulfilled. I have lived the life. I know every aspect of the journey, professionally and personally.

Take a look at some of my before and after photos. The eyes are the windows of the soul, you can see the difference from being broken to free. Also when you change inside, everything externally transforms around you! Not only was I freed from everything internally, it also resulted in me going from 117kg to 75kg. I've never felt better!

WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching isn't counselling, although they can overlap at times, sharing a variety of techniques and practices.
However there are some distinct differences:
- Coaching is action oriented.
- Coaching focusses on the present and future.
- Coaching brings more awareness into the way that you think.
- Coaching focusses on goals.
- Coaches like to challenge.
- Coaches like to focus more on your potential and the gold they see you in.
Although I have accredited counselling qualifications, I will be focussing more on coaching techniques.
